Process Operations Technician III - Clean Line

About the role

The Clean Line Process Operations Technician III operates and maintains a chemical clean line to remove contaminants from parts before and after the aluminum dip braze process. This is a 2nd shift position.

Responsibilities

• Work from process routing cards and detailed procedures, or verbal instructions to manufacture a variety of products
• Operate and maintain a chemical clean line to remove contaminants from parts before and after the aluminum dip braze process
• Perform chemical film (iridite) application to treated parts in accordance with military and aerospace standards
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols when handling chemicals and process tanks
• Inspect parts for cleanliness, surface finish, and proper coating
• Record process information and support quality and production teams
• Wear proper PPE (gloves, apron, goggles, etc.) and strictly follow chemical handling procedures
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with all environmental and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in area of responsibility
• Interest in hands-on manufacturing or chemical processing
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
• Comfortable working around chemicals (with full training and safety equipment provided)
• Willingness to work second shift and be part of a dependable team
