Process Maintenance General Foreman - Temporary Assignment

Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking, experienced professional who will be responsible for managing and executing multi-disciplinary projects a well as establishing a professional working team environment. The Temporary Process Maintenance GF is a fixed-duration, hourly billable position established to support specific customer projects, PMD assignments, or operational needs.

Minimum/Preferred Requirements

• 5 years on the job supervision experience
• A valid driver's license is required upon hire and as a condition of continued employment
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft platform including word, excel, PowerPoint, and outlook
• Ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships with all personnel
• Possess good communication skills i.e. written, verbal, and listening
• Perform solving and analytical skills

Job Responsibilities/Duties

• Must have a proven record of commitment to Safety
• Demonstrate proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment and materials
• Comply with all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook
• Excellent leadership, verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Must be an active listener, recognizing diverse perspectives and be capable of facilitating collaboration
• Must be dedicated to supporting the team through mentoring, training, and succession planning activities
• Must be clear understanding of the product lines that we promote and the ability to communicate to customers the features and benefits of each
• Be able and willing to work a variety of schedules including day or night shifts
• Safe lifting 75 to 100 lbs frequently using proper lifting techniques
• Operate monitoring equipment and all related paperwork and reporting requirement
• Knowledge of documents required to enter mine sites
• Initiate and participate in training activities within the group
• Complete job walks and provide accurate job quotes
• Knowledge and understanding of DOT regulations

Work Environment/Physical Demands

• Ability to work in various industrial settings including shop environment, mining environment, construction environment which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, fumes or airborne particles
• While performing the duties of this job you will be required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, talk, hear, and see
