About the role

Wolfspeed is hiring active college students for a paid, 12‑week summer internship in 2027. The Wolfspeed Summer Internship Program inspires contribution, culture, and community. Responsibilities

• Learn about Wolfspeed’s business, product lines, and functions through on‑the‑job experiences, training, and/or site visits (as applicable)
• Complete meaningful projects

Pay

Compensation range: $16.35 – $49.95 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on the individual’s job‑relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors.
