Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• An associate degree or technical training in engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in a manufacturing or technical support role is required.
• A basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment is necessary.
• A strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• The ability to learn ERP/MES systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support process engineers in the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust production processes, parameters, and equipment to meet specifications.
• Collect, analyze, and document process data (cycle times, scrap, yield, downtime, etc.).
• Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support new product introductions, trials, and process validations.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and visual standards.
• Perform time studies, capability studies, and basic statistical analysis.
• Support equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting on the production floor.
