Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of process engineers and technicians accountable for supporting development activities across a range of InP and GaAs new products.
- Accountable for the successful execution of development activities and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Manage and mentor a team of 6-10 engineers and 4-8 process technicians.
Education & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably with management experience.
- BS/MS in an Engineering field or equivalent degree/experience.
Skills
- Strong leadership capabilities to demonstrate strong execution in a rapidly changing and high-priority environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with other members of the Coherent integration, program management, and executive teams.
- In-depth knowledge of InP technology.
Work Conditions
- Standard 1st shift on site.

- As expected in a management role.
