Process Engineering Co-Op

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineering and Maintenance department in the troubleshooting and maintaining filling and packaging equipment.
• Learn the skills necessary to be a process engineer.
• Work on projects to assist the process engineers in filling and packaging.
• Assist the Engineering team on the onboarding and implementation of new equipment.
• Audit and analyze different processes to identify areas of continuous improvement opportunities.
• Aid in the execution of Engineering projects for product onboarding.
• Create and update documentation that governs the processes for the company.
• Support the Process Engineering team in real time equipment troubleshooting events.
• Acquire spare parts based on criticality and use to support equipment reliability.
• Create Engineering drawings in AutoCAD to be sent to external vendors for fabrication.
