Process Engineer - Photolithography

We are seeking a Senior Photolithography Process Engineer to lead the startup, development, and optimization of photolithography processes in semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities include improving product quality, yield, and efficiencycollaborating with equipment and integration engineers to resolve production issuesdriving process improvements using statistical toolsmanaging projects to close yield, defect, and cost gapstroubleshooting process problems and implementing solutions Qualifications 2+ years of industry experience as Process Owner in photolithographyBS or higher in engineering or equivalent military experiencestrong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipmentexcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsproficiency in data science and programmingwillingness to travel internationally Ideal candidates will enjoy hands-on work, collaboration, and technical problem-solving, contributing to innovative semiconductor production.
