Process Engineer - Level 3
About the role
The Process Engineer – Level 3 will design and validate new processes and fixtures, and plan sequence of operations for the manufacture of ceramic devices. They will provide technical guidance to production process operators, troubleshoot production hardware, and apply continuous improvement techniques to drive down costs and improve production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Create manufacturing engineering documentation
- Provide technical guidance to production process operators
- Troubleshoot production hardware to determine root cause of failures/defects
- Create and analyze metrics to target cost and efficiency improvements
- Apply continuous improvement techniques to drive down costs and improve production efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM discipline) with 5 years of professional experience
- Master’s degree with 3 years of professional experience
- PhD with 1 year of professional experience
- No clearance required to start
- Experience in manufacturing process development, fixture design, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills, organization skills, and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Experience working with mechanical drawings and GD&T fundamentals
Qualifications

Pay
$103,600.00 - $155,400.00
Schedule
9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off
