About the Process Engineer Internship: Gain hands-on experience in the steel manufacturing industry while building skills in continuous improvement, quality systems, and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world challenges and improve manufacturing processes. Program Structure: Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) during the summerLocation: Cleveland, OH Start Date: May 2027Duration: Summer internship What we're looking for: Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Engineering or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore levelCumulative GPA of 2.75 or higherProficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsAbility to succeed in a team environmentAbility to handle multiple tasks. Preferred experience: Experience working in a manufacturing environmentAutoCAD experience.
