Process Engineer II

About the role

Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet quality and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production processes in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and enhance productivity.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in process engineering.
• Proficiency in using statistical software and tools for process analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with automation and robotics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
