Responsibilities
- Support multiple automation and systems integration projects.
- Provide ongoing manufacturing and process improvement support.
- Develop automated equipment for regulated manufacturing environments (medical devices, pharmaceutical, or similar).
- Design and implement controls systems.
- Develop and integrate systems.
- Build automation equipment.
- Improve existing manufacturing equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in automation systems, controls engineering, and equipment development.
- Experience developing automated equipment for regulated manufacturing environments (medical devices, pharmaceutical, or similar).
- Experience with: PLC programming; HMI/SCADA systems; Motion control systems; Industrial robotics; Machine vision systems; Industrial networks and fieldbus systems.
- Experience with safety guarding.
- Experience with automation architecture, system integration, and complex equipment development.
- Understanding of manufacturing process development and automation design principles.
