Responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute process improvement plans
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in process engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Process improvement methodologies
- Lean Six Sigma principles
- MS Excel proficiency
