Process Engineer for manufacturing OT (hybrid)

About the role

The Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes in hybrid OT environments, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvements based on data analysis and feedback from production teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation of all processes and procedures.
• Train and mentor team members on new technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using statistical software and process control systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO standards and industry best practices.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
