Process Engineer Co-Op
for section headings.
- Benefits: "Our Benefits This is unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact. You’ll get to work in a diverse environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about the work they do and know how to have some fun along the way."
That's a bit vague but it's a Benefits section. It says "Our Benefits" then description. It's not specific like health insurance, but it's still a benefit description. According to rules: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here they state "Our Benefits" and then a sentence. It's not placeholder; it's actual content albeit vague. Should we include? Probably yes, as they explicitly have a Benefits heading. So include Benefits section with that paragraph.
- About Coty: There's a paragraph about Coty. Could be "About Coty" section. It's substantive. Should we include? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They didn't list About Coty but we can still include if content exists. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine About Coty into About the role? But they already have About the role heading. Could we include About Coty as separate? It's about the company, not the role. Might be okay but could be considered extra. The instruction says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's examples, not exclusive list. So we can add About Coty if we want. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding About Coty adds another section. Might be okay but we could incorporate that info into About the role? The About Coty paragraph is separate from role description. Might be better to keep as About Coty.
But we must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. So we must cut out the EEO paragraph and the equal opportunity stuff, also the "RECRUITMENT PROCESS" maybe? That's procedural; they said remove application instructions. The "RECRUITMENT PROCESS Our recruiter will contact you..." is application instructions; should be removed. Also "About Coty" is okay.
Also "Working for Coty means our people make us who are..." that's fluff but maybe part of role description? It's after responsibilities? Actually after responsibilities there is a paragraph: "Working for Coty means our people make us who we are. They are the brightest minds bringing innovative concepts to life. If you’re someone unwilling to settle, likes to envision larger possibilities, accelerate learning, and push boundaries – we’d love to hear from you! Working at Coty means being part of an inclusive workplace committed to diversity and equity, valuing diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Your ideas will count, fostering a career where you can achieve more than you ever imagined." This is more about company culture; could be part of About Coty or a separate "Culture" section. But we can incorporate into About Coty.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that paragraph.
Thus final HTML:

We should also include the culture paragraph about "Working for Coty means our people make us who we are..." That is similar to About Coty but we could merge. Actually we already have About Coty paragraph that includes similar content. The "Working for Coty means..." paragraph is separate but we could incorporate into About Coty or About the role. To preserve all substantive info, we need to include it somewhere. Let's add a paragraph after About Coty or maybe incorporate into About Coty. Since we already have About Coty, we can add that paragraph as part of About Coty. Thus About Coty section will have two paragraphs: first about Coty description, second about working for Coty (the culture). Let's combine. Thus final HTML:About the role
