Process Engineer

Role: Utilize engineering methods to drive continuous improvement activities, enhancing SQDCM characteristics. Responsibilities Identify root causes and implement countermeasures for complex problems.Analyze data to pinpoint improvement opportunities.Conduct studies on project and plant characteristics.Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions and manage projects.Develop processes from drawings and coordinate with production teams for implementation.Work with teams across regions to understand change points.Analyze trends to maintain or improve production targets related to quality, efficiency, and delivery. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related experience.0-6 years of relevant experience, including internships or co-ops preferred.Strong mindset for continuous improvement, problem solving, decision making, and project management skills.
