About the role
This position is responsible for the education and experience outlined below.
Responsibilities
- Educational background in EE, ME, or other physical/chemical sciences with a minimum of a BS degree.
- Minimum of 3+ years of applicable experience in the fabrication of semiconductor and/or thin film devices.
- Knowledge of thin film fabrication processes, equipment failure analysis, and thin film equipment component upgrade/modification.
- High-vacuum tool operation and troubleshooting/repair.
- Photolithography process experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Experience and knowledge on Statistical Process Control.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to the organization.
- Experience with AutoCAD (a plus).

- Mechanical design.
- Computer-aided design (CAD).
- Transform designs into processes that improve chip yield.
- Waste Water Treatment Certification, Hazardous Material Training.
- Test Equipment Set up, Operation and Troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to analyze wafer measurements and resolve issues related to measurements that are out of process capability.
- Solve problems in a timely and quality manner.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to anticipate and handle multiple programs and priorities.
