Process Engineer

Refine process specifications for production lines throughout the facility, ensuring maximum production efficiency and reliability.
Research raw materials utilized and determine best practices for use and effective delivery to manufacturing equipment to reduce unnecessary waste and energy.
Incorporate cutting-edge technology and elements of Lean principles and continuous improvement to capture cost reduction opportunities.
Work as part of a cross-functional team to support key business unit priorities, key performance initiatives, and solutions for the ongoing reduction of the company’s carbon footprint.
Requires an experienced professional with outstanding leadership and relationship-building skills to develop high-performance work teams.
Comfortable with leadership techniques such as coaching and mentoring.
Must possess strong communication skills and demonstrated commitment to safety behaviors and systems.
Responsibilities
- Refine process specifications for production lines
- Research raw materials and implement best practices
- Incorporate Lean principles and continuous improvement

- Communicate effectively and ensure safety compliance
Requirements
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence principles and tools, including 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and TPM
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; other technical degrees and relevant experience will be considered
- Strong computer proficiency with excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, business conditions, and operational challenges
- Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and drive cost savings, throughput improvements, and yield optimization
- Experience designing and executing experiments, analyzing results, and using statistical methods to validate process improvements and measure effectiveness
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and sustainable results
