About the Role
Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. Ensure Integer internal and external customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including QMS, Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, FDA regulations, company policies, and other regulatory requirements.
- Interact with all levels of the organization to ensure necessary procedures and processes are in place.
- Plan, organize, and manage related projects and staff as appropriate.
- Function as a fully competent engineer in all conventional aspects of subject matter or functional area of assignments.
- Plan, schedule, conduct, or coordinate detailed phases of engineering work in a part of a major project or total project of moderate scope.
- Independently perform assignments, receiving instruction only regarding general expected results.
- Devise new approaches to problems encountered.
- Investigate, develop, and implement new process technologies of moderate scope.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience.
Skills
- Special Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead team activities and act as a coach.
- Specialized Knowledge: Computer skills as required by stated accountabilities. Word-processing and spreadsheet skills. Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Technical Competencies: Knowledge of using/configuring Plastic Injection Molding Presses/processes (Sodick a plus) and/or knowledge of using/configuring Silicone Molding processes.
Pay
$95,000–127,000
