Process Development / Components Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Development / Components Engineer to support product and process development activities within the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Support process development and optimization for medical device products.
• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Provide engineering support for component selection, evaluation, and qualification.
• Participate in process validation, design verification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with medical device quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of professional engineering experience.
• Minimum 12 months of recent work experience in California (CA).
• Strong experience in the medical device industry.
• Hands-on experience in Process Development and/or Components Engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process validation, and engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
