Process Development Associate Scientist

Target PR Range: $19–28/hr, depending on experience

This is an onsite position with standard local hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

In this role, you will support the development of analytical methods, the characterization of protein-based biologic therapies, and process development activities. Responsibilities

• Work in a cross-functional team environment to advance therapies in late-stage development.
• Analyze late-stage protein-based therapies with advanced analytical techniques such as capillary electrophoresis, liquid chromatography, and compendial methods (e.g., pH, visual appearance, turbidity).
• Support the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of analytical methods.
• Perform data analysis and prepare electronic notebook records of experimental data.
• Author technical protocols and reports.
• Present results at team meetings.
• Support regulatory filings as needed.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and maintenance of HPLC/UPLC instruments.
• Demonstrate expertise in the use of Empower software (e.g., custom field creation, writing instrument methods).

Requirements

• Master’s degree and 2+ years of scientific/pharmaceutical experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of scientific/pharmaceutical experience.
