Grace is seeking a Process Controls Engineer to join our Maintenance team at our Pasadena, TX manufacturing site! This role reports to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager onsite. The Process Controls Engineer position is responsible for sitewide process control applications and systems, including the site’s DCS and PLC systems and some aspects of the site’s Enterprise Historian. Tasks include programming, maintenance, security, backups, documentation, upgrades and new installations of plant and lab control systems regarding computer hardware, software, networking, and all other aspects of process control. Responsibilities
- Support All plant & Lab Instrument and Control systems such as Yokogawa, Rockwell, Modicon and Delta V Software.
- Network administrator as it pertains to the process control systems including troubleshooting.
- Maintain backup systems and security systems for Servers, Workstations and controllers
