Process Chemical Engineer

Duties

• Provides process optimization and engineering support for the mill
• Coordinates lean projects
• Maintains methods for tracking and reducing operational costs
• Ensures mill rules are enforced and company policies are followed
• Counsels and supervises mill and contract employees as needed
• Conducts data analysis projects and uses data to make business decisions

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering
• Pulp and paper industry, manufacturing experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary range: $85,000 - $90,000
• Paid vacation: Three (3) weeks per calendar year
