About the role
We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to support and maintain manufacturing automation systems in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Support, program, configure, and troubleshoot Siemens PCS7, Emerson DeltaV, and PLC/HMI systems.
- Execute automation design changes and system modifications through change control (Comet/TruVault).
- Develop and implement control modules, HMI graphics, recipes, and hardware/software upgrades.
- Support FAT, commissioning, system testing, and documentation.
- Develop SOPs, support production activities, and ensure GMP and data integrity compliance.
- Participate in system administration, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 7–8+ years of Automation Engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PCS7, Emerson DeltaV, PLC/HMI, and OSI PI.
- Experience with automation design changes, PLC programming, execution systems, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Experience in GMP/pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
Location: Onsite in Georgia
Duration: 6+ month contract
