Process Automation Engineer

Automation Engineer Location: Onsite Georgia Duration: 6+ Month Contract Experience: 7 8+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to support and maintain manufacturing automation systems in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Siemens PCS7, Emerson DeltaV, PLC/HMI programming, OSI PI, and automation system troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Support, program, configure, and troubleshoot Siemens PCS7, Emerson DeltaV, and PLC/HMI systems.Execute automation design changes and system modifications through change control (Comet/TruVault).Develop and implement control modules, HMI graphics, recipes, and hardware/software upgrades.Support FAT, commissioning, system testing, and documentation.Develop SOPs, support production activities, and ensure GMP and data integrity compliance.Participate in system administration, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills 7 8+ years of Automation Engineering experience.Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PCS7, Emerson DeltaV, PLC/HMI, and OSI PI.Experience with automation design changes, PLC programming, execution systems, and troubleshooting.Experience in GMP/pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
