Description
Job Summary:
- Verify and enforce standard operating procedures for trailer seals, fuel and temp checks, trailer inspections, trailer inventory.
- Documentation detail is extremely important.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete physical inventory of all trailers in yard.
- Verify Red Prairie matches physical trailer inventory.
- Document seals, fuels, trailer damage, and trailer temperatures every two hours.
- Verifying trailer temperatures match customer requirements and billing paperwork.
- Taking ownership of low fuel trailers, high temp trailers, missing seals/temp tags and making sure concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Monitor SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Able to work weekends.
- Flexible Hours (1st, 2nd, 3rd shift).
