Process Assistant

About the role
The Amazon operations team is looking for Process Assistants with a strong record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. Process Assistants roles include production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. Lead Process Assistants will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe.

Responsibilities
- Perform production duties as needed: pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks
- Communicate instructions to other associates, motivate them, and maintain safety in work areas
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Requirements
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Able to work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Ability to work in a secure mezzanine at heights up to 40 feet or on powered equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Certificate in Operations Leadership and/or equivalent experience or training, such as completion of a Career Choice Operations Leadership Certificate program

Pay
Starting pay: $22.50 USD hourly (includes base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential). Additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay.
