Process Advisor
About the role
The Lubricants Operations Department of ExxonMobil affiliate in Mexico is seeking a Process Advisor to generate initiatives for process optimization, implement LEAN, coordinate required activities for process changes, and help develop and execute the VAL Masterplan. The ideal candidate will streamline processes and gain knowledge in LEAN manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Generate a workplan
- Coordinate activities
- Engage with vendors and other areas such as planning, maintenance, and other process areas (blending, packaging, and warehouse)
- Develop and implement LEAN Manufacturing culture and conduct kaizen events
- Execute the five-year plan
- Streamline processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, or a related field
- High analytical skills
- Experience with process optimization
- Knowledgeable in LEAN Manufacturing
- Proactive and high drive
- Willing to learn and lead
Qualifications
- Skills in communication for presentations, making business cases, and fostering collaboration
