Procedural RN Float (PRN)

The role involves providing direct patient care across diverse populations, excluding pediatrics, focusing on the psychosocial, physical, and procedural aspects within a surgical environment. Responsibilities include continuous communication with physicians regarding patient status, maintaining equipment and inventory, and ensuring procedure rooms are prepared with necessary supplies. Assisting with patient positioning and monitoring during procedures is essential. The position supports performance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery. Qualifications Include Registered Nurse licensure, with a preference for BSN.At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced cardiac, electrophysiology, or specialized procedures.Certifications in ACLS and CPR. This role requires strong communication, technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care and support continuous improvement efforts.
