Job Summary

The Procedural Supply Chain Manager oversees and optimizes the flow of supplies and equipment within a hospital setting, specifically focusing on procedural areas such as operating rooms, cath labs, and endoscopy. This role involves collaborating with medical staff, department heads, and vendors to ensure timely procurement, efficient inventory management, and cost-effective utilization of resources for all procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience in managing supply chain operations for procedural areas is highly desirable.
  • Three years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)) is a plus.
  • Certified Surgical Technician preferred.
