About the Role We’re looking for a high-impact Pro Trade Store Manager to lead and optimize our Sellersburg pro trade location. This role owns store performance end-to-end—from sales and margin to inventory strategy, merchandising, and contractor experience. What You’ll Do

• Own store performance across sales, margin, and inventory productivity
• Design and continuously improve store layout, merchandising, and contractor flow
• Analyze key metrics including inventory turns, GMROI, SKU performance, and foot traffic
• Lead product assortment strategy (SKU expansion, reduction, and optimization)
• Partner with Purchasing on buying and stocking strategies
• Execute vendor partnerships, promotions, and in-store programs
• Lead buy online, pick up in store (BOPIS) execution with fast contractor fulfillment
• Support and scale hot-shot delivery and jobsite-ready services
• Launch and manage a best-in-class decking & outdoor living showroom
• Hire, coach, and lead a team of 10–12 team members
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams
• Report performance insights to executive leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Required: 7+ years of leadership experience in retail, pro trade, wholesale, or branch operations
• Required: Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
• Required: Strong analytical skills across sales, margin, and inventory metrics
• Required: Experience working with professional contractors or B2B customers
• Required: Proven leadership and accountability
• Preferred: Background in building materials, lumber, decking, or hardware
• Preferred: Experience with inventory turns, GMROI, and vendor programs
• Preferred: Exposure to BOPIS or omnichannel retail environments
• Preferred: Showroom launch or merchandising experience
