Pro Skills Flag Football Founding Director, Austin
About the Role
Pro Skills Sports is expanding into youth flag football in Austin, and we're seeking a founding director to build the program from the ground up. This role sets the standard for future directors, starting with coaching and program development before scaling to new cities. You'll market at the grassroots level, work directly with families, and decide what programs fit the sport and city. We begin with training, clinics, camps, and academies, with leagues and teams considered later if opportunities arise.
What To Expect
The role starts part-time (approx. 20 hours/week, including evenings and weekends) with the goal of growing into a full-time career as the program expands. Initial pay is performance-based, tied to the programs you build and fill. This role requires hard work, grit, and a commitment to building something meaningful.
Requirements
- Played or coached football or flag football in college or professionally (required)
- Deep knowledge of flag football or football
- Passion for coaching young players
- High energy and drive to build a successful program
- Entrepreneurial mindset and grit
- Strong organizational skills and over-communication habits
- Commitment to a career in youth sports (not a side job or stepping stone)
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience building or running a program, team, or business
- Corporate or sales experience
