Pro Sales Associate - Lancaster

About the role

As a Pro Sales Associate at Behr, you’ll work in a Home Depot store as a sales specialist focusing on professional painting contractors and their unique needs. You’ll meet and build relationships with local pros, collaborate with outside Behr reps to get the right products, mix paint, collect sundry tools, and ensure contractors get in and out quickly so they can get back to work. No prior paint or sales experience is required; we’ll train you on everything you need to know.

• Support the Home Depot Pro Desk: introduce yourself to contractors, learn about their business and needs, maintain relationships and follow up on jobs and future needs.
