Responsibilities
- Select proper ionizing factors for radiological diagnosis and adjust radiographic controls.
- Review and evaluate developed x-rays, videotapes, or computer-generated information.
- Administer contrast media to patients for gastrointestinal and other special studies.
- Maintain radiation safety measures and protection devices.
- Perform radiographic procedures for patients in surgery.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and reactions.
- Report abnormal signs to the physician.
