PRN Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider

Job Summary

CareNow Urgent Care is seeking a PRN board certified physician assistants or nurse practitioners to join their San Antonio, TX market. The position requires PRN providers to float within the six clinic locations in East San Antonio.

Qualified Candidates

• Pick up a minimum of 2 weekend days per month (Saturday/Sunday)
• Comfortable seeing ages three months and up
• Board certified
• Holds a Texas state medical license and DEA
• Able to perform first reads on x-rays
• Skills to perform patient treatment procedures for most acute illnesses or injuries to include: pediatric and adult care; I&Ds; suturing, etc.
• Position requires floating among their central and some south locations
