Reports to Central Staffing Office Manager and assists the Ambulatory Nursing Director with review of PRN utilization processes for Moffitt Clinics. The coordinator is responsible for providing safe and effective staffing levels to all clinics based on clinic productivity and staffing policies. Effectively collaborates and communicates with department leaders, PRN personnel, and Hospital management regarding policies and procedures, standards, regulations, and other issues of importance. The coordinator maintains personnel records for PRN float pool and provides administrative support by performing any related work as directed, seeing assignments through to completion with little or no supervision.
Responsibilities
- Review PRN utilization processes for Moffitt Clinics.
- Provide safe and effective staffing levels to all clinics based on clinic productivity and staffing policies.
- Collaborate and communicate with department leaders, PRN personnel, and Hospital management regarding policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and other important issues.
- Maintain personnel records for PRN float pool.
- Provide administrative support and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED.
- Preferred Education: Associate's Degree.
- Licensure/Certification: Not required.
Pay
Salary Range: $18.64 - $28.53. Salary ranges represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
