PRN Staff Pharmacist
for each heading only if content exists. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the job posting.
Key info:
- Job Type: Part-time (but not needed as heading)
- Description: paragraph about STRIDE mission etc.
- Work Schedule: PRN, as needed (mentioned twice)
- General Purpose: Pharmacist ensures efficient and accurate dispensing...
- Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: includes STRIDE Values (maybe not needed as requirement?), Education And Experience Required: BS degree from accredited school of pharmacy; Colorado Pharmacist license; Active BLS certification.
- Skills And Expertise: list of abilities.
- Required Tools Of The Job: Microsoft suite, IT ticketing systems, EPIC.
- Working Environment and Physical Activities: description.
- At STRIDE ... 90-day probationary period.
- Join our dedicated team...
- Work Schedule PRN, as needed (again)
- STRIDE offers a competitive hourly salary of $55.77 - $66.35, depending on experience.
- Benefits list: Medical, dental and vision coverage; Paid time off and paid holidays; Health Savings account (HSA) and Flexible Spending accounts, including dependent care options; 401(K) with matching for eligible employees; Work-Life balance—No nights, no weekend and no major holidays; NHSC loan repayment assistance; Tuition reimbursement and continuing medical education assistance; Employee Assistance Program (EAP); Employee discount programs on top local attractions; Competitive wages.
- Also mention background check etc but that's boilerplate? Might be considered not needed? It's substantive but maybe we can include under Requirements? However instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Background check maybe not boilerplate but could be considered part of hiring process. Might keep? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep background check info? It's not EEO etc. It's a requirement for new hire. Could be placed under Requirements or a separate section like "Pre-employment Requirements". But we only have predefined headings; we could put under Requirements or maybe under a generic section? The instruction says use headings only for those listed; we can create other headings? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings when appropriate. It doesn't forbid other headings, but better to stick to those. Background check could be part of Requirements (maybe as a requirement). We'll include it under Requirements as a bullet.
Also "STRIDE Values" could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Could be included in About the role description.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. We have salary range specific, so we can create Pay section.
Schedule: PRN, as needed.
Benefits: list.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat info unnecessarily.
Let's craft sections:

Schedule
PRN (as needed) – supplemental coverage to support pharmacist PTO, leave coverage, and increased workload demands.
We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We omitted those. Check for duplicate lines: We have "Work Schedule PRN, as needed" appears in description but we captured in Schedule section. Good. We must not repeat job title as heading; we didn't. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must preserve all substantive information: Did we miss anything? Let's review original text: - Job Type Part-time: we didn't include Part-time anywhere. Should we include? It's substantive. Could be added under About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in headings list but could be included in About the role paragraph. We'll add a sentence: "This is a part‑time PRN position." Actually it's Part-time and PRN. We'll incorporate. - Description paragraph we used. - Work Schedule PRN, as needed: we have. - General Purpose: we captured in Responsibilities? Actually we didn't include the general purpose statement explicitly. It says: "General Purpose: A Pharmacist ensures efficient and accurate dispensing of medications, counsels’ patients on medication therapy, supervises pharmacy technicians and oversees all areas of pharmacy services and operations." This is substantive; we should include maybe as part of About the role or Responsibilities intro. We could add a paragraph before Responsibilities list:A Pharmacist ensures efficient and accurate dispensing of medications, counsels patients on medication therapy, supervises pharmacy technicians and oversees all areas of pharmacy services and operations.
- Essential Duties And Responsibilities: we captured list. - Requirements: we captured education, license, BLS, probationary period, background check. Also there is "STRIDE Values:" list. Could be included under About the role or maybe as a separate section "Values". But not in headings list; we could incorporate into About the role. - Skills And Expertise: we captured. - Required Tools Of The Job: we captured as Required Tools. - Working Environment and Physical Activities: we captured. - At STRIDE Community Health Center, we value a strong and collaborative work environment. To ensure a successful integration into our team, we implement a 90-day probationary period for all new employees. This timeframe is designed to evaluate performance and assess cultural alignment within our organization. It offers both the employee and the employer the opportunity to determine if the role is a mutual fit, promoting long-term success and satisfaction in your career with us. Join our dedicated team and contribute to our mission of providing quality health care to our community! This is partly covered; we added probationary period note and maybe a sentence about collaborative environment in About the role. - Work Schedule PRN, as needed: duplicate. - STRIDE offers a competitive hourly salary of $55.77 - $66.35, depending on experience. The salary range reflects STRIDE’s good faith estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. The final offer for the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including experience, education, budget, internal equity, specialty and training. We captured salary range; we could add note about factors. Might be good to include that sentence. We'll add to Pay section:The salary range reflects STRIDE’s good faith estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, specialty and training.
