About the role

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Speech Language Pathologists to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will be part of a growing team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care developed after an evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Administer standardized speech/language assessments.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations.
• Develop treatment plans.
• Monitor patients' progress.

Requirements

• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
