Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language therapy sessions according to individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate and assess resident needs to develop and implement appropriate therapy programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document progress and communicate with families and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Hampshire
- Current CPR certification
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR)
