PRN RN

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. This position is based on the principles of integrated nursing and involves performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining standards of professional nursing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to meet each individual’s needs.
• Demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• Plans for and provides resident, family, and caregiver education.

Requirements

• Hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies.

Pay
