PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist II - Night Shift @ Cobb Hospital

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams
• Educate patients and staff
• Ensure safety and quality standards
• Participate in performance improvement projects
• Serve as a preceptor for new employees and students

Qualifications & Skills

• Requires an Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy
• Current RCP and NBRC-RRT certifications
• Additional life support certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP)
• At least two years of critical care experience
• Strong communication, critical thinking, customer service, and computer skills
