Role: PRN clinician providing high-quality, as-needed patient care in a faith-based healthcare environment. Responsibilities Support unit staffing needs by working variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care through assessments and medication administration.Document all care activities accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.Uphold infection prevention and safety standards to maintain a safe care environment.
