About the role
This position offers flexibility while allowing you to deliver meaningful, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist
- Assist with mobility, strengthening, and balance activities
- Support residents with transfers and safe ambulation
- Observe patient response and report updates
- Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements
- Active PTA license
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
Pay
$30–$35/hour (PRN)
