PRN Primary Therapist Pathlight

About the role

The PRN Therapist will provide hands-on treatment, therapy sessions, and support to patients in various ERC Pathlight centers or through our tele-behavioral health platform. Responsibilities include conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient
• Create individualized treatment plans with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with the treatment team
• Complete clinical paperwork including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Attend treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care

Requirements

• Masters or Doctorate Degree in counseling or related field
• Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy
• Experience with individual/family therapy preferred

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree required in counseling or related field
• Full clinical mental health license as required by state
• Significant individual and/or family caseload for at least 2 years with documented success in treating patients with common diagnoses and expected comorbidities
• Experience supervising other clinicians
• At least 3 years post-licensure experience working with mood, anxiety, ED, and/or trauma-related disorders

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms

Pay

The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations. For Colorado, the range is $30.58 - $50 USD per hour.

Schedule

The PRN Therapist will work PRN, with IOP hours being Mondays-Thursdays from 10-8 and PHP hours being Monday-Friday from 8:30-4.
