PRN Physical Therapy Assistant

About the role

As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, you will work under the guidance of a physical therapist as part of a growing team. You’ll assist in treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists, ensuring every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• With assistance of a physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
