PRN Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Model

About the role

At Sport Ortho Urgent Care, Physical Therapists provide high‑quality conservative musculoskeletal care in an outpatient orthopedic model, treating an average of 10 patients per day. The clinic emphasizes value‑based care, direct‑access services, and collaboration with orthopedic advanced practice providers, physical therapist assistants, and surgeons under one roof.

Responsibilities

• Treat an average of 10 patients per day with conservative musculoskeletal interventions.
• Serve as a direct‑access provider for patients seeking orthopedic care.
• Work collaboratively with Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers (PA/NPs), Physical Therapy Assistants, and Orthopedic Surgeons.
• Utilize in‑house imaging, regenerative medicine, sports medicine, and urgent orthopedic care resources.
• Maintain realistic productivity expectations and contribute to a team‑based, supportive environment.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license (required).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master’s degree (required).

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree preferred.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome).
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset with a passion for integrated orthopedic care.
• CPR certification preferred.
