PRN Physical Therapist
About the role
Join the therapy team at Covenant Living at Holmstad in Batavia, IL as a PRN Physical Therapist (Weekend Coverage). You will provide exceptional physical therapy services while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team focused on helping older adults achieve their highest level of independence.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, re‑evaluate, and discharge patients, updating the plan of care as supervised by the physician.
- Make revisions to any established plan of care as needed.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Apply Functional Pathways policies, procedures, and clinical programs to therapy practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license and certification as required by state and national board associations.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
- Ability to complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure (screening requirements may vary by location).
