About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
  • Assess residents’ functional abilities and develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, social workers, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
  • At least one year of recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in using rehabilitation equipment and technology.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations related to physical therapy services.
