Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
- Assess residents’ functional abilities and develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, social workers, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document progress and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using rehabilitation equipment and technology.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations related to physical therapy services.
