PRN Physical Therapist

About the role
The Physical Therapist will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and revise established plans of care under physician supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license and certification/licensure as required by state and national board associations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current knowledge of Functional Pathways policies, procedures, and clinical programs
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure (requirements may vary by location)
