- Provide excellent care for patients
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and family members
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for patients
- Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals
- Treat patients, answer their concerns, and educate them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants
- Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals
- Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes
