PRN Physical Therapist
About the Role
Edenbrook of Fond du Lac in Fond du Lac, WI, a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations. Take advantage of our $750 sign-on bonus!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance
- Identify the need for and make referrals to other disciplines to address the comprehensive needs of the patient
- Instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers in skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence and productivity, to diminish or correct pathology
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, provisional licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a physical therapist
- Intensive education and clinical expertise
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities
- Current knowledge of treatment practices
- Drive to continually learn and grow
- Professional behavior
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in Wisconsin
- Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
