PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Responsibilities

• Aid in developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Assist patients during all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.
• Communicate with patients about their treatment and document patient conditions and responses in charts after each session.
• Interact with Physical Therapists, Directors of Rehab, and facility staff to ensure effective patient care.
• Operate and utilize knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state where you will be working.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.

Pay

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
